I provide interior design services specializing in residential remodeling.
Services:
Space Planning: I will meet with you to walk through your current space, understand your project goals, learn how you want to utilize the space, and brainstorm ideas to achieve your vision.
Conceptual Design Drawings: I can create conceptual floor plans and 3D elevations to help you visualize the overall design in your current space or addition. Click here to see drawing examples.
Design & Construction Consultant: With years of design and construction management experience, I can provide guidance during your project, answer questions about the process, review Contractor bids and be a sounding board along the way.
Material Sourcing: I can manage the list of materials you will need to complete construction and help you source those items. These include cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, lighting, doors, millwork, paint colors, etc.
Contractor Communication: I can provide design oversight throughout your project and partner with your Contractor to make sure your material selections flow with your project schedule and answer any questions related to your design that may arise.
